This free resource includes photos, drawings, text and core vocabulary pictures with words. ย 

I suggest you print out the visual chart, cut out and laminate the individual pictures from the sequence and place the soft side of Velcro on the back of each. ย Laminate a piece of construction paper large enough to hold the full sequence and place the rough side of Velcro across the paper. ย Go over each step as you place them on the chart. ย When they seem to understand the sequence, have them close their eyes and take one step off. ย See if they can recall the missing step. ย Continue until they can correctly place all of the steps in order. ย This can be done over several short sessions.

Place the chart at eye level by the sink and practice the steps. ย Soon, they will be happily singing and washing their hands with no reminders!
